We want to focus on the existing homeowner. I think this is critically important, we do a lot of buyer inspections, periodic seller’s inspections; but seldom, inspections for homeowners. I walk around the neighborhood and I see often see beautiful cars, well-kept cars in driveways and garages, but then I look at the home and a lot of the homes are dilapidated. There are nicer cars out there than well-maintained homes. And why is that? Granted, our homes do not have four wheels on it to where we can drive it down the road unless you live in a mobile home. We have a home that is not something we can transport into a service center to get looked at and maintained. We have to take the initiative to either do these things ourselves in our home or bring somebody in to do them for us. And often repair items sneak up on us when we do not have knowledge of what is going on with our home and we do not have a game plan. We want to manage this home and keep it well-maintained, reduce the risk for unknown issues to pop up all of a sudden. But if you are systematically going through your home on a regular basis and recording information in regards to its condition and you familiarize yourself with the systems and components in the home, it is going to reduce that possibility, reduce that risk, reduce the occurrences of repair items popping up all of a sudden. And then you find yourself sticking your hands in your pocket trying to reach further and further down wondering, “Where’s my money?”
